Job Placement Mediation
The job placement mediators are key workers in the Job Centre and have a case load of jobseeker clients. Mediation is a process of matching jobseeker clients with our employer clients.
All clients of the Job Centre are allocated to a mediator and who will undertake to work with the client to seek work and/or training opportunities and to identify blocks to gaining employment. As far as is possible services offered in mediation are offered on a confidential basis using methods that are agreed between the client and the job placement mediator.
