Community Walking-Every Friday

The Community Walk began on on Friday 12th September and has seen a great up-take. The Community Walk takes place every Friday morning and is open to everyone, and to all levels of fitness. Departing the Centre at 9.30, we will leave for a short and enjoyable walk and will hopefully build up to a longer walk over the autumn. You are very welcome to then have breakfast at the Day Centre from 10am – 11.30am for only €2.00
