A 'Quacking' Success

Well done to everyone who helped out this weekend at Saturday and Sunday's Tall Ships Festival Duck Races!
More than 1,000 ducks were sold, with all proceeds going to St. Andrew's Resource Centre. And there was a great time had by young and old, with Donald Duck even making an appearance to help sell some lucky ducks.
All winners from the races have been contacted, and congratulations to all who won a prize, and a big thank you to everyone else who supported the cause.
We would like to take this opportunity to again thank our partners Waterways Ireland, and also our corporate supporters for this event, Maldron Hotel, O'Callaghan Hotels, Bord Gais Energy Theatre, and Pearse Hotel.
